Mr. Paul Himes is President and Chief Executive Officer for Himes Associates, Ltd., a member of the Himes Group. Mr. Himes is thoroughly involved with the production of all development management, project management and construction management projects. Directly responsible for all development, construction and consulting services and the strategic aspects of most of the deals that Himes works on, including the structure of the deal, structure of development and construction and design teams. Himes' work is strictly from an owner's advocate position, regardless of the contractual role that Himes may take.
