Karen Fields is Vice President of Himes Associates, Ltd., and is responsible for the strategic integration of account management responsibilities and operations management responsibilities to establish and maintain client relationships.  Ms. Fields' brings a diverse commercial real estate background to the firm and has been associated with Himes Associates for the better part of 16 years.  Ms. Fields' has developed an expertise in working with national corporate accounts that have a diverse portfolio of real estate and facilities needs.  Her ability to ask questions and listen to a client’s needs, as well as identify trends within the marketplace, helps the firm shape service packages and delivery models to meet the needs of our clients.  Currently, Ms. Fields' serves on the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet, an international corporate real estate professional association.
