PROJECT SCOPE

Himes Associates, Ltd. currently holds a term contract with CEG to manage multiple projects:

Lord Baltimore Building Parking Garage
Himes Associates, Ltd. is providing owner's representative services of this project including the expansion of the existing employee parking lot at the Baltimore Gas and Electric's Lord Baltimore Building. The project includes storm water management, landscaping, and new site lighting.

Rutherford Business Complex Helipad Project
A planned expansion of the parking lot at the Lord Baltimore building necessitated the relocation of the BGE helipad to another location. On behalf of Constellation Corporate Real Estate, Himes has brought on an aeronautical consultant to determine the most feasible location at the Rutherford site. The helipad will be sighted and designed in accordance with FAA guidelines.

Forrest Street Parking Garage Project Structural Analysis/Demolition Project
The Forrest Street Parking Garage provides an emergency secondary egress to the Front Street Office Building and much of the mechanical, electrical and other utilities originate from the Garage. The project program includes surveying, isolating, and maintaining all building systems for the Office Building; identifying and removing all hazardous materials; demolishing the Garage; constructing stair towers to provide secondary egress to the Office Building and redevelopment of the Garage site with surface parking.

One Allen Center, Houston, Texas - 33rd and 32nd Floors
Himes Associates, Ltd. provides overall project management of all project phases from planning through close out. The project involves the build-out of the 32nd and 33rd floors of the One Allen Center Building. The scope of work includes new hard wall offices, workstations, furnishings, IT, data, video and other space to accommodate over 300 employees and 50,000 square feet.

Generator Project at 4 Houston Center, Houston Texas
Himes Associates, Ltd. provided overall project management of all project phases from planning through close out including the design, permitting and construction of an enclosure and the setting of a diesel powered generator to provide critical power for the New Energy offices.
