• Dedicated to clients and projects requiring local, as needed project management for commercial base building and interiors projects

• Expert project managers who know the right architects, engineers, general contracts and sub-consultants to deliver your project on time and on budget

Staff Augmentation Practice Group:

• Dedicated to clients requiring scalable staff augmentation to support fluxuations in Corporate Real Estate project workloads
• Assignment durations range from hourly, monthly to yearly with skill sets aligned to all phases of strategic real estate planning, regional program management, implementation, project management and relocation management
• Principals who vet the right candidates the first time, and who provide technical and professional expertise throughout the term of the assignment

Himes Associates, Ltd. has been contracted by Comprehensive Health Services to provide project management services, specifically tenant work, for their relocation to a 42,000 SF building located in the Reston area.

Orbital Sciences Corporation recently awarded Himes a contract to provide owner's representative services for 140,000 SF Build-To-Suit in Dulles, VA.

Paul Himes was spotlighted in April 2007's edition of "Buildings" magazine, discussing the benefits of PM services as well as building the perfect team.

Himes Associates, Ltd. continues to provide project management services to a confidential client in Loudoun County, VA for a 350,000 SF data center and a 115,000 SF office building.

Various staff augmentation assignments have been filled in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; New York and Washington, DC. Owner's Representation Project Management services are provided all across the country.

Fannie Mae hired Himes Associates,Ltd. for both their DC Campus Facilities Management and their project management needs across all facilities. Kirt Miller, a veteran IFMA Instructor, is providing Fannie Mae the FM consulting services, while Mike Swingle is providing the project management services.
