Paul Himes is President and Chief Executive Officer for Himes Associates, Ltd. Mr. Himes is thoroughly involved with the production of all development, program and construction management projects. He is directly responsible for all consulting services, as well as the strategic aspects of Himes Associates, Ltd. including but not limited to the structure of the deal, structure of development and construction and design team composition. Himes' work is strictly from an owner's advocate position, regardless of the contractual role that Himes may take.

When not in the office, Mr. Himes enjoys speaking publicly to local, national and international audiences about topics such as real estate support disciplines, project management development, construction consulting objectives and construction litigation. Mr. Himes is also a founding faculty member, with the support of George Mason University and the International Facility Managers Association, of the facility management certification educational curriculum at GMU. Mr. Himes is an active private pilot and flies missions regularly in support of Angel Flight.

Karen Fields, Vice President and Principal of Himes Associates, Ltd., is dedicated to providing national development management, project management and relocation management consulting services to Corporate Users of Commercial Real Estate. Karen is responsible for establishing the strategic integration of account management responsibilities with operations management to establish, service and maintain client relationships. Karen brings a diverse commercial real estate background to the firm and has been associated with Himes Associates for the better part of 17 years.

Karen has developed an expertise in working with national corporate accounts that have a diverse portfolio of real estate and facilities needs. Her ability to ask questions and listen to a client's needs, as well as identify trends within the marketplace, helps the firm shape service packages and delivery models to meet the changing needs of our clients.

Karen has served on the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet, and Program Chair of the R&D Network of the International Facility Management Association.

Sheila Sipes is Regional Director for Business Development for the Chicago office of Himes Associates, Ltd. Ms. Sipes has a diverse corporate real estate background having previously been with Equity Office Properties Trust for many years. Ms. Sipes is responsible for managing client satisfaction and maintaining client relationships for the Chicago office. Sheila is an effective communicator and manager of the Himes Chicago project team.

Additionally, Ms. Sipes is active in the real estate community. She is on the board for the Chicago CoreNet chapter and a member of the 7x 24 Exchange Lake Michigan chapter.
