Using the latest Groupware, Himes Associates has developed a distributed accounting system that allows their clients to review the current financial status od their projects. Clients can review the current budget, potential budget changes, as well as contracts, change orders and invoices all online. Our systems have the robust security and encryption needed for sensitive accounting data. The security and authentication capabilities inherent in the product allow for the client to approve changes and invoices online, vastly improving the current paper-laden process.
