Projects and services have been varied and diverse. For example, Himes Associates provided full project management services for the base building renovations and tenant improvements on a 220,000 square foot office building in Washington, DC. The project included parking garage structural repairs, façade and plaza area waterproofing/structural repairs, and full upgrade to the building infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator controls & cabs, fire alarm, life safety, security and tenant improvements. The project was completed 2 months prior to the scheduled delivery date which included the concurrent coordination of the Transit Authority work.
