Through 2020, Himes served as the lead Project Manager and Owner’s Representative for KPMG, LLP in the tenant interior fit-out of their new Tysons Corner office at Boro Tower. This was a one phase project with a construction duration of six (6) months. The new space plan incorporated the most current trends for corporate offices in an open space plan. In addition to standard office space, the project included an executive board room and meeting space, two (2) catering kitchens, a 5,000 SF Multiple Purpose Meeting Room, a large employee HUB and gathering space and the addition of multiple rest rooms on each floor.

Himes’ benefits were evident on this project which was brought in on time and under budget. Himes also provide a local presence to monitor all activities in the field, lead all project meetings and represent our client to the landlord on all critical Workletter commitments to ensure they were all in place.
