Himes Associates, Ltd. provided full Project Management services which included: budget management, design consultant procurement, design consultant management, general contractor procurement, vendor procurement, construction project management, and vendor scheduling/coordination/integration for Manugistics’ Headquarters. The project initially consisted of two buildings and was expanded to include a third building mid-way through design. The three buildings total approximately 282,000 SF. The headquarters includes noteworthy features such as a 10,000 square foot Data Center with N+1 critical systems, multiple boardroom quality meeting spaces, multiple Training Rooms, full copper and fiber cable plant backbone throughout, and a 8,000 SF full service commercial kitchen and seating area. This project was delivered on time and at the board-approved budget.
