Phase One of the renovation at The Quadrangle in Haverford, PA has been completed over the summer. This part of the project will bring the community new amenities spaces including Theater, Gaming, Lounges, Salon, Community Store, and a large indoor/outdoor terrace. The balance of the project is scheduled to be completed in mid-November with high impact renovations to the Main Lobby, Library, Auditorium, a new Piano Bar and Lounge to go with a refreshed Main Dining Room.
For the last five years, Himes Associates, Ltd. has been providing Owner’s Representative services to Sunrise Senior Living, helping to oversee major renovations to The Colonnades community in Charlottesville, VA.
Our initial project at The Colonnades included a 10,000 SF addition to the common facilities building. Key program features to the addition included a new multi-purpose room, and indoor/outdoor bistro, new exercise studios, renovated dining and serving areas and a renovated indoor pool. Following the work in the main building, Himes has continued our role with Sunrise overseeing common area renovations to three independent living buildings in addition to renovating amenity spaces for assisted living and memory care.
