    For each project, Himes oversaw the RFP and procurement of the Architect and Engineering firms, as well as the General Contractor. For each procurement, Himes prepared detailed bid analyses and comparison matrixes to show value and quality in each firm’s proposal and provided recommendations based on the quantified data.<\/p>

    In addition to vendor procurement, for each project, Himes developed and maintained the project organization and management program that included tracking important project milestones and deliverables with MS Project Critical Path Method scheduling updates as well as developing and validating the Master Project Budget with Marriott.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
