Project Scope

The project included:

  • Renovation of two existing buildings
  • Demolition of one building
  • Vacating a public alley
  • Relocating city utility services
  • Construction of a new 240,000 SF office building
  • 700-car parking garage

The facility served as marchFirst’s world headquarters and corporate training facility. Himes assisted marchFirst in obtaining $27 million of TIF grant from the City of Chicago and structuring a synthetic lease.

Himes also provided program management, project management, construction management and relocation management services for various projects throughout North America, including San Francisco, Boston, New York, Ann Arbor, Chicago, and Toronto. These projects totaled approximately 935,000 SF.
